Your card will be charged at the time of order, whether in hand or pre-order
Can I cancel my order?
All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund (unless the order has already been prepped to ship). After that, all sales are final.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns. Should an album arrive damaged or suffering from major defects please contact us via email or contact form.
How fast do you ship?
Unless stated otherwise, all in-hand orders will ship within 3-4 business days. Pre-orders will ship within 3-4 business days once we have them in-hand and ready. It's a one or two man team, which means if we've to step out orders will be delayed a little bit, but we put the work in once we return! We ship USPS media mail domestic & first class international outside of the US.
Where do you ship from?
We're shipping from the good ol' Pacific Northwest state of Washington, USA.
What should I know about international orders?
International orders may be subject to customs fees or additional taxes, the responsibility of which falls on the buyer. At this moment, like many other online retailers, we are unable to ship to the UK because of the new VAT laws. We're looking into our options for future releases, but at the moment we will have to cancel and refund (minus the Stripe fee) if made with a UK shipping address. Believe us, we're just as unhappy about it as you are.
How will my record be packaged?
Rest assured that your records will be packed with love in a classic whiplash mailer. At the moment, non tip-on releases will come with the record outside of the jacket in a poly bag to avoid seam splits. Tip-on releases will come shrink-wrapped, but due to the stronger nature of the jacket, seam splits are much less likely. If you'd like them send outside of their sleeves still, please leave a note during checkout.
What if my record arrives damaged?
Contact us ASAP and we'll do what we can to figure it out. Due to the nature of limited releases and color variants we may not be able to provide a replacement, but, so long as the ask is reasonable (i.e. not a ding in the corner, nor a seam split), we'll do our best to help out.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item or we will likely not be able to offer any replacements.
Is there an order limit?
Unless stated otherwise, releases will have a limit of 2 per order. More than one order can be made, but please wait 24 hours so everyone is given a chance to order a copy. Test press bundles have a hard limit of one copy per person, however, you are also allowed an order of the regular release as well. Test Press bundles must be ordered separately from other items (and these go fast, so you'll have to anyhow). Orders that exceed these limits may be cancelled at our discretion.
Please keep in mind that only about 3/4 records can fit in a whiplash mailer at a time (that is 2 2xLPs).
